A warm welcome to the world of MAT ABACUS Business School. The Business School has been formed as a result of a merger between the Management Accountancy Training Company Limited (MAT) and Abacus Business School to offer quality business education across the board with a special emphasis on ethical leadership and management.

MAT, which was formed in 1999, has consistently been the top performing accountancy training college in the country and in Africa. Abacus Business School , which was formed in 2014, has excelled equally in redefining the landscape in executive education, coaching and mentoring.

OUR STORY

MAT ABACUS Business School limited is a private company incorporated in Uganda. It is an institution that was formed in 2019 as a result of a merger between the Management and Accountancy Training Company limited (MAT) incorporated in 1999 and Abacus Business School (ABS) incorporated in 2015. Both institutions had established niches in Business education and were led by individuals synonymous with tertiary business education in the academic and professional spheres. MAT ABACUS Business School is headed by the Country Team Leader, and CEO, Prof. Samuel Sejjaaka a Ugandan national and leading academic, professional accountant, auditor and Board Director with a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years.
