ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP:
Dear Prospective CPA Student,
We are excited to inform you about the opportunity to study at MAT ABACUS Business School through the Income Share Agreement (ISA) offered by our education partner, Chancen International. It is important to note the unique features of this innovative financing model, which differs from traditional loans in the following ways:
– ISA is not an interest-based model. Unlike traditional loans, students under ISA may end up paying back less than the initial funding amount.
– ISA does not require collateral and distributes the risk among three main components: student future earnings, the partner in education, and Chancen International.
– ISA repayments are not based on funding amount, but rather are tied to a percentage of perceived future income. This provides flexibility in repayment based on income levels, offering relief if income decreases.
In light of this, we want to communicate the specific requirements for applying for the Income Share Agreement. Please note that applying through our education partner i.e., MAT ABACUS Business School does not guarantee selection, as the final decision will be based on various parameters according to Chancen standards.
Furthermore, we want to ensure that all applicants are informed about the required documents for the application process. The list of required documents and their respective sources is as follows:
– Proof of residence: Obtain from the local authority
– Civil status: Available through Irembo
– Credit Bureau Report (CRB): Accessible via phone by dialing *707#
– Digital photos: Obtain from any photo studio
Lastly, we encourage you to take advantage of our partnership with Chancen International and the benefits it offers through the Income Share Agreement. If you are interested in applying, please do so directly through MAT ABACUS Business School before the specified deadline.
